We are pleased to invite you to participate in the III Latin American Congress of Cities and Local Governments, “ExperienciAmérica”, which shall be held in the city of Florianópolis, Brazil and transmitted through Internet, on July 25, 26 and 27, 2007. The Latin American Federation of Cities, Municipalities and Associations of Local Governments –FLACMA-, The National Federation of Municipalities of Brazil CNM in its capacity as representative of the Municipalities of Brazil and the Prefecture of Florianópolis have organized this event.

We invite you to share this virtual space, considered as an opportunity whereby, the university community and other social and institutional participants (community boards, neighbor associations) may be able to learn about the thinking and action of the Latin American Municipal movement leaders.

The Congress is a space for exchanging ideas and establishing collaboration links between Authorities, National and International Organizations, Institutions such as Universities, Study Centers, NGOs who are currently working in issues related to development and local management.
