Dear members of the Latin American Federation of Cities, Municipalities and Associations of Local Governments FLACMA, Mayors, Intendants, Prefects, Representatives, Municipal Presidents and Executives, Councilmen/Councilwomen, Councillor, Members of International Cooperation Organizations and Authorities of Local Governments throughout America.

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the III Latin American Congress of Cities, Local Governments, ExperienciAmerica, “The Social Inclusion and Cooperation:  A Fair for Local Solutions”, to be held on July 25, 26 and 27, 2007, in the city of Florianópolis, Republic of Brazil.  This encounter constitutes an effort aimed at encouraging conversations and exchanging opinions among political representatives of different levels from the local governments, international organizations, study centers, universities, private companies and other entities related with the study, development and local management.
